with the lida daidaihua slimming capsules do i swallow the whole capsule or open it up and eat the powder?

i’ve been using lida daidaihua for 6 days and have lost no weight! do i have 2 excersize or eat better or what? and i dnt thnk im eat the capsules right! PLEASE HELP
